The "Airport/Facility Directory 'Northeast U.S.'"(9/1/05 edition) ($5.20 at
local FBO @KBAF) did have ATC UHF freqs, command post, metro wx, etc. for
the following bases:

DE:
KDOV

ME:
KNHZ

MD:
KADW
KMTN
KNHK
KAPG

MA:
KFMH
KCEF (metro wx frequency is wrong & also has ARNG support activity still
listed here, when it moved to KBAF last year)

NJ:
KNEL
KWRI
KFOK
KGTB

PA:
KMUI

RI:
KOQU

VA:
KAPH
KBKT

KNYG

Additionally, in the airport diagram section the following have UHF ATC
freqs (mostly limited to Ground Control, Tower, ATIS, Clearance Delivery if
available) listed:
KALB, KABE, KADW, KACY, KBWI, KMTN, KBGR, KBED, KBGM, KBOS, KBDR, KNHZ,
KBUF, KBTV, KCRW, KCHO, KCKB, KDOV, KELM, KERI, KFRG, KGON, KHGR, KCXY,
