I have a FAA Southwest U.S. Airport/Facilities Directory dated March
2005 and it lists both VHF and UHF frequencies for civilian and
military facilities. It also has civilian and military airport
diagrams, FAA and NWS phone numbers, military demo team schedules and
special notices.

I ordered mine through Vrotate for $3.70

I also highly recommend purchasing a Flight Guide. its loaded with
frequencies and other useful info, be sure to order the blank sheets
and waypoint logs with it for note taking in the field.
