[MilCom] MIL: 8992.0 - ATHLETE

     8992.0 was active at 1835z with ATHLETE (or sounds like; strong local
levels here but difficult to understand spoken-once id) bcsting a
28-character EAM (KIZMWZ) and simulcasting same on at least
4724.0(weak/readable) and maybe
15016.0 (if there very weak/unreadable) with nothing heard on
11175.0(despite the strength on
8992.0).  He was up earlier at 1805z with same and additional EAM KIUWCO.
