     8992.0 was active at 1805z+/- with unknown player (strong levels here
but unable to understand his id) bcsting at least two EAMs (missed it;
KIUWCO) and simulcasting same on at least 4724.0 (weak) but unheard (despite
his strong level on 8992.0) on 11175.0 and 15016.0.
