Has anyone heard any National Guard HF traffic out of Louisiana or 
Mississippi??  I have about 130 National Guard HF freqs programmed and 
haven't heard a thing. The only thing I have heard is Ham Radio taffic on 20 
meters and last night I heard traffic on a 4.469 MHz USB, called a CAP net? 
The call signs I heard were GA CAP 232, FL CAP 90, nd FL CAP 904. Does 
anyone know that was? Civil Air Patrol???
