[MilCom] MIL: 11244.0 - ZAPER 66 and PUERTO RICO

     11175.0 was active at 0159z with ZAPER 66 (good/fair levels here;
spelled callsign) working PUERTO RICO (weak/mostly unreadable to
unheard) for a phone patch to MAINTENANCE.  After a few moments PUERTO
RICO sent him to 11244.0.

     11244.0 was active at 0207z with ZAPER 66 (good/fair) working
PUERTO RICO (fair) for the phone patch to MAINTENANCE.  Enroute to
OFFUTT.  After the brief comm ZAPER 66 terminated the patch and PUERTO
RICO said to "return to public frequency 11175," ZAPER 66 miskeyed his
mic while telling his "engineer to punch that up," and gone.

     11175.0 was briefly active with ZAPER 66 miskeying his mic for
some interplane chatter and quiet.

     11244.0 is back to being a HFGCS discrete?
