would be the CP for 434th ARW at Grissom ARB here
in Indiana.....

     11175.0 was active at 2024z with [sounded like BRICKETTE] ( or sounds
like; weak/barely readable with squeal on his audio) calling MAINSAIL and
raising OFFUTT (weak/fair) for a radio check.  OFFUTT advised him of
"whistling on frequency" every time he keyed his mic. 
After a moment he was back up with clear audio, performed another signal
check and gone.
