[MilCom] 11175.0 - CALABASH with GEP coordination

     11175.0 was active at 2243z with CALABASH (unheard here) working
OFFUTT (weak with strong fading; often unheard) for a phone patch to a
common DSN 939 number for some orderwire coordination.  He was given
the 7C RF17 in TUTONIC (GEP alias) and gone.
