Did the VHF tower freq change to 118.2 from 118.5?

HISTORY: The airport opened in 1928, and was a Naval Air Station during 
WWII.

  From 1954 to 1978, it was the site of the Kingsley Field AFB.  The Oregon

  ANG arrived in 1980, and F4C Phantom operations began there in 1983.  The

  facilities main mission since then has been fighter pilot training,

  currently with F-15's.  The U.S. Forest Service maintains a Fire Center 
and

  a Tanker Base at this airport.  Kingsley Field has two runways on 405 
acres,

  and is named for Lieutenant David R. Kingsley, a Medal of Honor recipient

  who perished in an aircraft crash over enemy territory in WWII.
