[MilCom] Army NG Low Band FM Usage

The NC NG used to use 49.95 as the ops freq for Salisbury and also a/a. They 
could be heard every summer supporting local law enforcement in search of 
marijuana fields. Also, some of the FT BRAGG birds could be heard on 51.5 
(which as Mac pointed out is in the 6 meter ham band). I haven't heard 
either freq in use lately.
