      He didn't use it to conclude his strings but he popped up at 0438z on 
8992.0 and others with the "standing by for traffic" statement (2x) and out.

      4724.0 was active at 0441z with another unknown player (fair levels 
here but unable to id; sounds vaguely like ARMAMENT but maybe something 
else) bcsting the "standing by for traffic statement.

      8992.0 was active at 0450z with DUST BOX (good/strong here) bcsting 
6IUEJQ and simulcasting same on at least 4724.0 (weak) with nothing heard 
on 11175.0 or 15016.0.  H+20/h+50 activity and used the "standing by for 
traffic" statement.

Long lived activity.  Suggests exercise.
