[MilCom] 8992.0 - DUST BOX

      8992.0 was active at 0415z with the freq being bumped by player (DUST 
BOX) followed by OFFUTT bcsting a 20-character EAM (Y4JXGC; part of a 
6/20/28 character EAM set).  At 0417z DUST BOX bcst Y4JXGC and simulcast 
same on 4724.0 and 11175.0 with nothing heard on 15016.0.  At 0420z DUST 
BOX again bcst Y4JXGC for his h+20/h+50 xmsn.  At 0426z DUST BOX bcst the 
6-character EAM Y43ZR4 (the 6 character string of the set.)  At 0427z 
OFFUTT bcst the 28-character EAM 6IUEJQ.  At 0433z DUST BOX (now at good 
levels on 8992.0) bcst 6IUEJQ.  DUST BOX is not using the "standing by for 
traffic" statement.
