Dan and all,
Luzon is in fact a USAF airframe. From my MT Milcom database:
Luzon ## USAF T-37B/RA 12FTW/559FTS Randolph AFB, TX
I believe the T-6A aircraft are flown by the 558 FTS. The Aeroflight Order
of Battle (http://www.aeroflight.co.uk/waf/usa/usaf-traincom.htm) still
shows the 559FTS with the T-37B airframe.
