[MilCom] MIL: 8992.0 - STAIRWAY

      8992.0 was active at 1323z with STAIRWAY (weak/mostly unreadable 
here) working OFFUTT (good) for a phone patch to a DSN 8?? number (maybe 
881 ?) to request that the ground party have COURTLAND and POSTBED (maybe; 
spelled but too weak here and to ground party) to come up on "8776 
upper."  Patch finally ended at 1332z and gone.
