[MilCom] Bangor 01

Beaver asks Bangor 01 to squawk 7214, then says he is 26 miles West of 
CORTS on 282.05.  Pt. Mugu must be NTD as Bangor 01 is cleared to Pt. 
Mugu.  01 states he doesn't want to pick up his clearance yet as they 
are trying to work this thing out and he wants to hang around in the 
South part of the warning area, 1747z.
All must be off Bangor 01 is cleared to Pt Mugu and Strike 27 / 26 is 
cleared to Fallon @ 330 @ 1751z.
