Bangor 01 talking to Beaver about a commix, asking for a range safety 
officer, Beaver states they have no safety officer and they will have to 
do it their self.  Bangor 01 states that the commix should be canceled 
if Beaver can not come up with a range safety officer.  NSAWC is the 
scheduling agent for this event.  All comms on 282.05 right now 1530z. 
Beaver is calling NSAWC right now dsn # xxx-2200.
