[MilCom] RIR NASCAR Flyby, 9/11/04

Richmond International Raceway, Richmond, VA, 09-11-04

SHREK 81, flight of 4 F-16's from VA ANG, working ground controller at race
on 142.175 MHz AM. SHREK flight also popped up on 130.875 MHz to coordinate
with helicopter traffic around track.

On Friday night we had a fly by with 4 F-18's out of Oceana, but they were
a couple of minutes late for the national anthem. The ground controller at
the race track was talking to them on 234.5 MHz, but I never caught a call
sign.
