[MilCom] TROUSERS / aka JERKY 69

TROUSERS active with AGSJYY [33 characters] at 2225Z on UHF (HF not
monitored).  On ATC (ZOA/134.15) JERKY 69 confirmed that he was NOT
"going back to Travis" but rather would be going to CHINA LAKE.  Earlier
had asked for a 30-45 minute delay in W-260.  TROUSERS was in a big
hurry and flubbed the preamble at least once.  Suspected E-6B activity.
