exhiliarting. Aircraft pulling hack duty for Newport bound Navy brass?
   Inquiry to FAA - TF Green Tower proved most enlightening, to wit: Aircraft 
landed at Green for the purpose of landing. Explicit, conclusive, pithy. 
Final clarity. That proves it.
