[MilCom] DOBY aloha troubles.

 DOBY 61 and 62 KC-135s departed from McGuire over Pottstown Pa with McGuire 
CP 319.400 around 0225am est local reports Boom drogue failure on 62.
 Both are enroute Travis and Hickham and but don't want to wait at Hickham a 
couple days waiting on parts.
 DOBY 62 lands McGuire and reports doesn't have crew duty day to use spare to 
make Hickham.
