[MilCom] Identification Help

Hi All,

I was monitoring 234.5 and copied the following
transmission and was wondering who the players were?

PAT213 calling DETACHMENT NINE OPERATIONS

I never heard a reply from DET 9 OPS but PAT213
was very, very loud. PAT213 only called DET 9 OPS
twice then I never herd him again.

If anyone can tell me who PAT213 or DET 9 OPS are
I would be most appreciative. Also, where does 
someone find out who these stations are?
