[MilCom] 11244.0 - BREAK RIDE

      11244.0 remained active with BREAK RIDE (fair) at 0440z and 0510z 
bcsting X3RWIS and X3WLOE.  During the 0510z xmsn he lost his voice audio 
("noise" was all that was sent) during the xmsn of the second string, with 
only BREAK RIDE heard at end of xmsn.
