[MilCom] 11244.0 - CELESTIAL

      11244.0 was active at 0351z with CELESTIAL (fair) bcsting a 
28-character EAM (X3MQMG) and simulcasting same on at least 6697.0 (weak) 
with nothing heard on 8992.0 or 13155.0.  The same freqs were active at 
0410z and 0440z with CELESTIAL bcsting X3MQMG, X35MEP and X3NDFH.  At 0449z 
MCCLELLAN bcst a 28-character EAM (X3Y75Y) followed at 0452z by CELESTIAL 
with same on same freqs.  At 0510z CELESTIAL bcst X3Y75Y and X3MQMG on at 
least 6697.0 and 11244.0.
