[MilCom] Unid Brits on 300.100

AR016/318 is still good, usually at least a couple mornings each week I hear 
activity, generally 1030 hrs to 1200 hours CST.  Occasionally I can see them 
working.  This summer they actually flew right overhead, got a couple pics 
(nothing great, basically you can tell they are airplanes).
