      8992.0 was active at 2244z with OFFUTT bcsting a 20-character EAM 
(A6CQVV). At the completion of the string OMNI 02 (fair levels here) called 
OFFUTT  and then ANY STATION THIS NET, eventually raising OFFUTT 
(weak/often unreadable here) for a phone patch to a DSN 678 (duty office) 
number.
