1. U.S. COAST GUARD:

15867.0 J40 (HH-60J #6040 CGAS Clearwater: 1333 USB/ALE sounding.

20890.0 Camslant Chesapeake: 1351 USB/ALE w/J16 (HH-60J #6016 CGAS 
Clearwater) then in voice radio checks. At 1402 J16 in ALE & voice w/Camslant passing 
position of 2736N/8254W.

18594.0 J15 (HH-60J #6015 CGAS Clearwater: 1359 USB/ALE w/OPB (DEA OPBAT, 
Nassau Bahamas) then 15C in voice radio checks w/Panther.

20890.0 Camslant: 1403 USB/ALE w/J13 (HH-60J #6013 CGAS Clearwater) and in 
voice radio checks. 

08912.0 CG 1502 (HC-130H #1502, CGAS Elizabeth City): 1406 calling Camslant 
in ALE and voice. Service center responds then turns over 1502 to Camslant. CG 
1502 airborne from homeplate of Elizabeth City for local training and 
establishes radio guard.

23214.0 F33 (HU-25 #2133 CGAS Cape Cod): 1415 in ALE w/Camslant then in voice 
reports departure from CGAS Elizabeth City enroute to CGAS Cape Cod w/3 POB. 
Camslant sets COTHEN as primary net and 8983 KHz as secondary freq.

20890.0 Camslant: 1424 in ALE and voice checks w/J28 (HH-60J #6028 CGAS Cape 
Cod - not heard). 

11494.0 F41 (HU-25 #2141 CGAS Cape Cod): 1409 USB/ALE sounding. Also sounding 
on 08912.0.      

08912.0 J28 (HH-60J #6028 CGAS Cape Cod): 1436 USB/ALE sounding. At 1508 
Camslant in voice asks J28 (not heard) for his ETA in New York. Camslant secures 
radio guard at 1650.

13907.0 504 (HC-130H #1504, CGAS Elizabeth City): 1452 USB/ALE sounding. Also 
sounding on 20890.0. 

20890.0 Camslant: 1510 in ALE and voice checks w/J37 (HH-60J #6037 CGAS 
Elizabeth City-not heard). Flew second sortie in the late 1700Z hour under Camslant 
guard. At 1805 gives position as 3543N/7601W.

18594.0 CamsPac Point Reyes: 1527 in ALE & voice radio checks w/CG 1708 
(HC-130H7 CGAS Kodiak).

18594.0 CamsPac Point Reyes: 1530 in ALE and voice w/Omni 17 (sounds like, 
unidentified) who requests the status of the 401 link.

11494.0 Camslant: 1551 in ALE and voice w/F33 (HU-25, CGAS Cape Cod-not 
heard) w/Camslant relaying tasking from LANTAREA to F33 to conduct search in area 
of Nantucket to search for missing scallop fishing vessel. At 1602 Camslant 
informs F33 (not heard) that the tasking for Nantucket has been cancelled. F3 
secures radio guard.

18594.0 716 (HC-130H #1716, CGAS Sacramento): 1632 USB/ALE sounding. Also 
sounding on 13907.0 & 15867.0. 

13907.0 Camslant: 1713 USB w/CG 1504 (HHC-130, CGAS Elizabeth City-not heard) 
tasking them to contact Boone (spelled-probably the USS Boone, FFG28, Mayport 
FL) when they get on station.

11494.0 TSC (ICE Service Center): 1738 USB/ALE TO F29 (HU-25 #2129 CGAS 
Corpus Christi).   

20890.0 J02 (HH-60J #6002 CGAS San Diego): 1750 USB/ALE sounding.

18594.0 LNT (Camslant): 1755 USB/ALE TO F35 (HU-25 #2135 CGAS Corpus 
Christi). 

18594.0 LNT (Camslant): 1850 USB/ALE TO J42 (HH-60J #6042 CGAS Cape Cod).     
        
 


2. IMMIGRATION & CUSTOMS ENFORCEMENT (ICE):

13907.0 A50 (ICE UH-60 tail # 79-23350  Caribbean AMB): 1306 USB/ALE 
sounding.  

13907.0 D46 (ICE P-3 AEW&C #N146CS/BuNo 154605, Jacksonville AMB, FL):  1308 
USB/ALE sounding. Also sounding on 10242.0. 

11494.0 D45 (ICE P-3 AEW&C #N145CS/BuNo 155299, Jacksonville AMB, FL):  1325 
USB/ALE sounding. 

10242.0 D44 (ICE P-3 AEW&C #N144CS/BuNo 153446, Corpus Christi AMB, TX): 1326 
USB/ALE TO CNT (unidentified ICE unit, possibly Central). The ALE handshake 
was followed by encrypted voice. Then unidentified station in clear voice 
acknowledging D44 (not heard). This exchange was followed by Hammer (ICE, March AFB 
CA) also acknowledging D44 then returning to scan. 

18594.0 D14 (ICE P-3A "Slick" #N18314/BuNo 150314, Corpus Christi AMB, TX): 
1328 USB/ALE sounding. 

23214.0 D42 (ICE P-3 AEW&C #N142CS/BuNo 153452, Corpus Chrisiti AMB, TX):  
1328 USB/ALE sounding. Also sounding on 15867.0 & 20890.0.

13907.0 DL3 (unidentified, probable ICE unit): 1419 USB/ALE sounding. Also 
sounding on 11494.0.              

25350.0 D23 (ICE P-3B "Slick" #N423SK/BuNo 153423, Corpus Christi AMB, TX): 
1436 USB/ALE w/CNT Unidentified ICE unit, possibly Central). Also sounding on 
23214.0. 

23214.0 T47 (ICE BEECH A200 #N1547): 1432 USB/ALE w/CRB (unidentified ICE 
unit) then into encrypted voice.

25350.0 D23 (D23 ICE P-3B "Slick" #N423SK/BuNo 153423, Corpus Christi AMB, 
TX): 1436 USB/ALE sounding. 

08912.0 DL3 (unidentified, probable ICE unit): 1510 USB/ALE TO CDA 
(unidentified, probable ICE unit).Alsao sounding on 10242.0.

23214.0 I75 (ICE CESSNA 550 #N6775C): USB/ALE sounding. Also sounding on 
20890.0.              

10242.0 CRB (unidentified ICE unit): 1523 USB/ALE TO D45 (ICE P-3 AEW&C 
#N145CS/BuNo 155299, Jacksonville AMB, FL).  

23214.0 I86 (ICE CESSNA 550 #N586RE): 1543 USB/ALE sounding. Also sounding on 
20890.0.  

13907.0 I75 (ICE CESSNA 550 #N6775C): 1604 USB/ALE TO WST (voice id's as 
Hammer, AICC March ARB CA). Hammer calls 75C (very weak-unreadable) and wants 
status report on his position and that of the target.  

15867.0 TSC (ICE Service Center): 1620 USB/ALE TO DL3 (unidentified ICE 
unit). Then in clear voice Service Center calls DL3 w/no response heard. 

20890.0 A97 (ICE UH-60 tail # 79-23297): 1636 USB/ALE sounding. 

18594.0 I31 (ICE CESSNA 550 #N2531K, San Diego AMB, CA): 1638 USB/ALE 
sounding. 

15867.0 MV9 (unidentified ICE asset, possibly Marine Vessel): 1639 USB/ALE 
sounding.   

25350.0 TSC (ICE Service Center): 1645 USB/ALE TO CDA (unidentified ICE 
unit). Then in voice Service Center radio checks w/unheard unidentified station (no 
callsign given). 

10242.0 D45 (ICE P-3 AEW&C #N145CS/BuNo 155299, Jacksonville AMB, FL): 1651 
USB/ALE TO EST (possibly Jacksonville AMB). Then in clear voice unidentified 
station w/D45 reference difficulties in communicating on the 401 net. Asks D45 
is he wants his position report relayed on this net. They then go into 
encrypted voice. 

15867.0 Hammer (ICE AICC, March ARB CA): 1745 USB w/47Y (ICE BEECH C-12C 
#N7247Y-not heard) in radio checks.  

25350.0 I01 (ICE CESSNA 550 #N37201,  San Diego AMB): 1850 USB/ALE sounding. 

13907.0 I08 (ICE CESSNA 550 #N5408G): 2024 USB/ALE sounding.

15867.0 D14 (ICE P-3A "Slick" #N18314/BuNo 150314, Corpus Christi AMB, TX): 
2041 USB/ALE TO EST (voice call Kokomo) then into encrypted voice. In clear 
voice Kokomo asks 14 for the status of an undisclosed piece of equipment. D14 is 
too weak to read. Kokomo passes fax phone nr 305-293-XXXX to D14 and thanks 
him for all his effort today. Kokomo says the ground units are going to hold and 
search the target. 

20890.0 I01(ICE CESSNA 550 #N37201,  San Diego AMB): 2048 USB/ALE TO WST (ICE 
AICC). Hammer answers and Omaha 201 reports that he is headed to Yuma, AZ for 
fuel.

23214.0 T07 (ICE BEECH A200 #N6507B, possible San Angelo Air Unit): 2053 
USB/ALE sounding.          
                     

3. Other:

15867.0 X61 (UH-60L prob tail #94-26561 2-3rd AVN, Hunter AAF Savannah GA): 
1422 in ALE w/OPBAT. Then 61A in voice w/Panther (not heard) w/encoded position 
report.

25350.0 CamsPac Point Reyes: 1620 USB w/Omni 17 (sounds like-weak & 
unreadable). CamsPac tells Omni 17 to contact JIATF-S on 305-293-XXXX (Florida) and 
tell them to come up on secure freq 11145. NOTE: Just prior to this PAC called 
708 in ALE. Perhaps Omni 17 is some sort of tactical/special activity callsign.

23214.0 Julliet 17 (HH-60J #6017 CGAS Clearwater): 1810 USB w/Panther (DEA 
OPBAT Nassau Bahamas-not heard) and gives position as 2117N/7828W.

13907.0 RAY (unidentified): 1854 USB/ALE sounding.

15867.0 Kokomo (unidentified): 1908 USB w/Omni 17 who reports position as 
1242N/7807W (off north coast of Colombia) on course of 133 degrees at 225 kts. 
Kokomo asks Omni 17 to contact Galveston (possibly a CG vessel) on 381.8. A few 
mins later Omni 17 comes back and advises Kokomo no joy on 381.8. 

15867.0 708: 1932 USB/ALE TO EST. ALE handshake immediately followed by Omni 
17 passing position as 1225N/7719W to Kokomo. Omni 17 is on course of 320 
degrees at speed of 253 kts. At 2030 Omni 17 w/Kokomo asking Kokomo to secure 
radio guard as he is up on the 401 net.
