[MilCom] Robins ORE

It sounds like there is a ORE at Robins AFB today.  
Although my monitoring time has been very limited
today, I have heard PEACH 63 and PEACH 66 on
293.525 (one of the scenarios has been working around
a cratered runway); the front-ends are apparently using 
PEACH in place of RAZOR for the exercise.  I haven't 
heard any back-ends in the clear, although there has been
a lot of encrypted traffic on known JSTARS discretes.
