[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - GRANDVILLE

      6697.0 was active at 0138z and 0210z with GRANDVILLE (sometimes 
sounding like "grainville"; weak/fair levels here) bcsting a 28-character 
EAM (BU6UPX), simulcasting same on at least 11244.0 (good levels; heard 
only at 0210z) and 13155.0 (weak; heard only at 0210z).  Nothing heard on 
8992.0.

      11244.0 was active at 0213z with GRANDVILLE (good) calling ANDREWS 
"with request on 11244" a couple of times with no response.

      11175.0 was active at 0216z with GRANDVILLE (fair) calling MAINSAIL 
for a radio check with no response.

      8992.0 was active at 0218z with GRANDVILLE (weak/readable) calling 
MAINSAIL a number of times with no response.
