[MilCom] MIL: 6697.0 - SUNSPOT

      6697.0 was active at 0120z with SUNSPOT (good levels here) bcsting 
two 28-character EAMs (BUJMKU; BUPS7O) and simulcasting same on at least 
11244.0 (fair/weak) and 13155.0 (weak/fair) with nothing heard on 
8992.0.  Suspected h+20/h+50 activity.
