The Prez was in town again this evening to give a policy address at the 
Army War College in Carlisle Pa.

260.900  2230z   Cosmic 42 & 41 establishing the cap.  Quaker cap.
138.425  all evening   A2A for Cosmic's
260.900   was used for refueling ops tonight as well as comm's with Huntress

132.200   New York center for refueling cord.   cosmic here also.

124.100   0049z  Marine 1 off as briefed  to 125.52
124.100   0054z   NightHawk 4  off as briefed  to 125.52
124.100   0100z   NightHawk 9   off  as briefed to 125.52

260.900   0110z  Cosmic's going to the tanker to log a night connect, 
tanker talks them into taking a bit more gas than they had planned to help 
the tanker.
260.900   0123z  Cosmics heading home just got direct Dupont.
138.425   0127z  still some chatter between 41 and 42.
