Approx 2330Z, the DES MOINES tower was reported to be abandoned from
chatter btwn commerical aircraft & CENTRE.  Nearest tornado @ that time
to me, was 45 miles to the north moving to the SE @ 20 MPH.  Yes,
Tornado Alley is living up to its name this evening.
