True, there are alternate methods for listening to Radio MArti 
and watching TV Marti, such as direct satellite viewing and 
internet streaming, but bear in mind, what we take for granted
here in the US is not the norm in Cuba and many other less
developed nations.  

I suspect most of those tourists headed to Cuba are not watching
Radio/TV Marti, but are interested in the more basic human
desires.
