[MilCom] MIL: 6697.0 - GREEN SKY

      6697.0 was active at 1723z with GREEN SKY (weak/often unreadable) 
bcsting a 28-character EAM (VWJQQE) and simulcasting same on at least 
8992.0 (weak/barely readable) with nothing heard on 11244.0 or 
13155.0.  Both freqs were again active at 1755z with same (8992.0 at good 
levels with deep fading.)  H+25/h+55 activity.
