[MilCom] TANKER 07

Heard TANKER 07 last night around 10:00 PM East Coast.  He was checking in
on 311.00, 303.00, and I believe 381.30.  He tried several times calling
SODA CONTROL and McGHEE TYSON COMMAND POST.  After several attempts got SODA
CONTROL on 311.00 and switched to 303.00.  He was requesting a message to
forwarded on to MILWAUKEE COMMAND that they had negative contact with TOAD
and that they were not stopping in CHARLESTON but returning to MILWAUKEE.
Any ID on TOAD.  I first thought they said TOW but after the second or third
time I am pretty sure it was TOAD.
