      OBEDIENT remained active with same through 1525z, now at weaker levels.

      11244.0 was active at 1533z with OBEDIENT (fair/weak) bcsting a 
28-character EAM (7DJ7IP) and simulcasting same on at least 8992.0 (weak to 
unheard) with nothing heard on 6697.0 or 13155.0.  Stepped on at 1534z by 
OFFUTT with a 20-character EAM (64BAQI) "FOR REGION CHARLIE."
