      13155.0 was active at 1343z with OBEDIENT (good levels here) bcsting 
a 28-character EAM (7DME45) and simulcasting same on 11244.0 (good), 8992.0 
(weak/fair) and 6697.0 (weak.)

      The same freqs (6697.0 unheard) were active at 1355z with 
same.  H+25/h+55 activity.
