Hello Blaine & the Group:
You know I'm on the fence about getting this RS portable - there's a lot of
positive aspects.. BUT I guess what I'm very interested in is what is the
reasonable expectation as to the receiver sensitivity in an operational
environment.. So I'd like more input on this.... I'd assume that if you
are right at or very near an military airfield you will probably hear the
activity fairly well, BUT the question is how well is it going to work other
than in the immediate area? Also when you talk about airshows are you also
talking about VHF tactical AM freqs?
