[MilCom] MIL: 6697.0 - PUPIL EYE

      6697.0 was active at 1525z and 1555z with PUPIL EYE (good levels 
here) bcsting two 28-character EAMs (DR63FM; DROVDG) and simulcasting same 
on 8992.0 (good), 11244.0 (good) and 13155.0 (good; heard only at 
1555z).  H+25/h+55 activity.  Nothing heard at 1625z.
