[MilCom] Call sign database

What's weird to me about this hobby is that people have an angle that
they explore, learn about, and publish, but there's no definitive source
of all of it. For instance, the Scramble guys do a great job with units
and Order Of Battle stuff; for example:

http://www.scramble.nl/mil/3/usaf/california.htm

Lots of good information about units, aircraft, tail codes (if
applicable) and patches (!) ... but no callsigns :-)

Similarly these guys do a great job with tail codes and units, but
again: no callsigns:

I'm not complaining: this is a serious amount of work and it is very
much appreciated. Callsigns are trickier, though: they can change, they
can be single-use, they can be mission-oriented (Which unit is DRAGO?
:-), etc.

What might be interesting is setting up a way for people to contribute,
maybe Wiki-style, to a compendium. Just a thought.
