[MilCom] Call sign database

Hi Keith,

Just my two cents, but start a your based on public lists; and post to the milcom list. 

As you gain trust, you may become privy to the private lists available. Post 9/11, the most
knowledegable members of the list no longer post their best stuff. ;)
