[MilCom] CHIEF flt malfunction

CHIEF xx flt, 2 SJ F-15's, reported having a malfunction and has to return to Seymour-Johnson on
ATC 236.7, then passed to 371.?? (comms too weak here to catch the full freq, maybe 371.95).
Reported 40 minites enroute, 2 souls, as a 2 ship.
