After a long delay due to the Columbia tragedy, the NASA's STAs are
working here again, simulating Shuttle landings at KSC.
STAs NASA 946 and NASA 947 arrived at KSC's Shuttle Landing Facility
shortly after 3pm this afternoon. I anticipated that they would fly, and
they did.
They are up now on 126.65 doing their steep descents on to SLF Rnwy 33;
as usual comms are very Lima Charlie.
I am recording the audio and will furnish the file if you'd like it. So
far they have not been their chatty self, but instead are just giving out
terse cues of their status on every pass.
