Hi Steve,
I think that the UN are forbiddne to encrypt their radios as that would
cast suspicion on an agnecy that is _supposed_ to be global and impartial.
IF they really are up front and only relaying the truth, why would they
need to encrypt?
Similarly some NATO duties cary a similar onus to prove that every nation
is eual in the eyes of the treaty countries...
