Walt,

61-0025 did go to NASA, I'll bet that "they" made the mistake and in fact th=
e=20
tail number was 60-0025 which belongs to Barksdale.=A0 Balls 25 recently=20
returned from depot at Tinker and I don't show any current unit markings on=20
it, it was still unmarked earlier in the week.=A0 It used to belong to the 2=
0th=20
BS, (and it may still do) but today it have been flown by an 11th BS crew,=20
hence the TUFF callsign.=A0 Not an uncommon occurrence over the last few mon=
ths=20
with the amount of B-52's deployed. Hope that makes sense.

On a related note, the local TV news showed a B-52 returning from operations=
=20
overseas today and they said that more were due to follow over the weekend.=
=A0=20
These may be the aircraft that stopped at Fairchild while Barksdale has been=
=20
closed for the last week.=A0 I wasn't able to be near the scanners for most=20=
of=20
today and so missed the arrival callsigns.=A0 All I did get was:

182108Z APR 03 "TUFF 35-36" B-52H 2nd BW 11th BS LA on SHV DEP 350.200=20
182334Z APR 03 "GATOR 02" T-43A 12th FTW RA on FWC 132.275 to 134.025

Matt
