[MilCom] State Depart. Clandestine Radio Antennas

The Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law 
Enforcement Affairs is looking for information regarding 
clandestine/disguised towers and antenna for the following types of radio 
bands; HF, VHF, UHF, Cell-phones, and Iridium Satellite phone operations. 
The most preferred solution would be a single structure which can 
incorporate as many antennas as possible without interference. Only one 
antenna per band will be mounted on this structure. Installation of tower 
and antennas will be in possible various South American countries.
