[MilCom] FYI Air-Air Milcoms have been encrypted since last weekend!

All the frequencies they seem to be encrypting are the air-air frequencies
used by the fighters.
All the tankers and E3's are clear, and fighter to tanker are clear, its
just the chit chat frequencies that used to hopping are now being used but
scrambled.
I'm outside of Phila., so I generally hear everything from Wash. to NYC.
