[MilCom] FYI Air-Air Milcoms have been encrypted since last weekend!

Nothing in the Mid-Atlantic, including the DC CAP, has gone green any more
than it usually is, which is occassional-only.

Today:
F-16's DC CAP		clear
F-14's NAS Oceana	clear
F/A-18 NAS Oceana	clear
F-15C's Langley AFB	clear
US Customs a/c		mostly secure, some clear (normal)
AMC heavies		clear
KC-10's w/F-15's	clear
