Received a text from Tom N8DGD that the Hi-way pickup will be next Tues April 23 (instead of Thursday 18). The weather is expected to be much better.

HIGHWAY ROADSIDE CLEANUP on Hwy-57 / 14 Mile Rd, Tuesday April 23, 6PM, weather permitting.
Grand Rapids Amateur Radio Association (GRARA) in support of The American Red Cross and MDOT will be doing roadside trash pickup on M-57 between Ritchie Ave and Myers Lake Ave. Meet at the J&H Family Store / Mobil Station on the NE corner of M-57 Northland Dr, 1.5 miles East of US-131 expressway exit 101. Bags, grabbers, safety vests provided.

It should go without saying, all are welcome to pitch in. 8 volunteers or more would be ideal to provide a crew of 2 per ½ mile section. After, meet at a local watering hole.
