We obtained your e-mail address from the ARRL Club Listing.  Please help
us get the word out about the 2007 ARRL Great Lakes Division Convention
scheduled for Saturday, September 22, 2007 in Independence, Ohio. This
is in conjunction with the Cleveland Hamfest which takes place Sunday,
September 23, 2007 just a short ride from the Convention location. We
will have discount tickets available for the Cleveland Hamfest.

Perhaps consider sending a representative from your club to the
Convention. This is an ARRL Convention with much good information and a
chance to meet and hear Joel Harrison W5ZN President of the ARRL along
with the Great Lakes Division Officers. We have lined up many great
speakers and several sponsors have helped keep costs very reasonable.

Our keynote speaker is ARRL President  Joel Harrison W5ZN.  Other
speakers include:  Bob Heil K9EID and Chip Margelli K7JA from Heil
Sound.  Jim Sanford WB4GCS from Amsat.  Bob Frey WA6EZV and Dick Arnett
WB4SUV about ARDF.  Tim Duffy K3LR about Antennas.
And a great DX Seminar moderated by Tedd Mirgliotta KB8NW that will
feature:  Bob Allphin K4UEE,  Bernie McClenny W3UR, John Papay K8YSE,
Don Karvonen, K8MFO and others.

A full ticket including the banquet is only $50.  If you stay at the
Independence Sheraton Hotel where the event is taking place your full
ticket is only $45. Seminars only are $25.00. Tickets can be ordered on

form and mail it with your check.
