On http://www.mods.dk/view.php?ListManuals=kenwood you can select the 
TH-215 for download.
You can only download 2 manuals per day and it is easy to mess up and 
exceed your quota when the server doesn't download. 

I have used them in the past and their manuals are decent quality.
